1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request an exchange or return for a full refund.
2. Free Size & Color Exchanges
Need a different size or prefer a different suede colorway? We offer free exchanges on all standard orders within the US. Simply contact our concierge team and we will ship your replacement pair promptly.
3. Condition Guidelines
- Items should be in clean, resalable condition with original packaging and tags.
- We understand you need to try them on—we encourage you to test them comfortably indoors on clean surfaces.
- Items with extreme outdoor wear, severe scuffs, or alterations outside normal try-on may be subject to a partial restocking fee.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Footwear Support Concierge through our Contact page with your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with your prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
- Drop off your securely packed return package at any authorized postal carrier drop-off location.
5. Fast Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop (usually within 2 business days), your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.
